I have placed an order. When will I receive an email confirmation?

Once your order is placed, you should receive an email confirmation and when your order ships you should receive an email with a tracking number. Be sure to check your spam / junk folder as sometimes they can end up there!

I want to cancel my order!

If you wish to cancel your order after ordering, you must contact us within 12 hours. We cannot cancel orders after 12 hours.

I only received part of my order?

We ship orders from different fulfillment centers. This means that some orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately. If you receive only one item of your order, don't worry: the rest of your order is on its way!
